Copyright Transfer Agreement

Simply purchasing a logo, website, photos, etc. does not mean you own the rights to the work. Rights to the work only come with full copyright ownership. Therefore, you don’t want to only purchase their services, but you want to also receive full copyrights (ownership) to the work. A Copyright Transfer Agreement is used for the total and complete transfer of a “Work”… meaning something a photographer, designer, copywriters, artist, independent contractor or other creator has produced on behalf of another’s brand behalf.

This Agreement will give ALL RIGHTS associated with the Work from the creator and to the client/company.
